Midra Liaquat is the Owner and Operations Director of NextGen Child Daycare Center. With a strong background in leadership and operations, she has been hands-on in building and developing the center from the ground up. Midra is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment where children and families feel supported and valued.

Jacqueline Schenk

Director

Jacqueline Schenk brings a refined blend of global experience, educational leadership, and passion for early learning to NextGen. With an extensive background in teaching and directing programs both locally and internationally, she is dedicated to creating a high-quality, nurturing environment where children thrive. She holds a Master’s in Education and is currently pursuing her PhD in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on hands-on learning and innovation.

Ariel Santana

Toddler Lead

Ariel Santana is our dedicated Toddler Lead who brings both energy and care into the classroom. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has hands-on experience working with children. Ariel is passionate about creating a safe, engaging environment where toddlers can learn, grow, and thrive every day.

Sherri Aggen

Preschool Lead Teacher

Sherri Aggen is a dedicated Preschool Teacher with experience creating nurturing and engaging learning environments for young children. She is passionate about supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through hands-on learning and developmentally appropriate activities. Sherri brings strong classroom management, organization, and teamwork skills to NextGen Child Daycare Center and is committed to helping every child learn, grow, and thrive each day.

Infant Teacher

Marzia Bibi is a caring and dedicated Assistant Teacher at NextGen Child Daycare Center. She has experience working with children and teaching preschool-aged students in a supportive and engaging learning environment. Marzia enjoys helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically through hands-on learning, creative activities, and positive daily interactions. Floater & Assistant Teacher

Janiya Williams is a Floater and Assistant Teacher at NextGen Child Daycare Center. She has experience working with children of all age groups and enjoys helping them learn, play, and grow. Ebony Deravariere

Lead Infant Teacher

Our Infant Lead Teacher is currently pursuing a degree in Child Development and is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for every infant in our care. With experience in caregiving and a passion for early childhood education, she focuses on helping each child reach important developmental milestones while building trusting relationships with families. Her compassionate approach ensures every baby feels safe, supported, and cared for each day.

Assistant Teacher
